The River Carries us We Carry the River

The river carries us we carry the river.

Soundlessly we move, our fins slit and glide along the blue terrain.

The river carries us we carry the river.

Leaping through the rapids, plunging down into the deep.

The river carries us we carry the river.

We welcome the rain and sink into the heart of the tide.

The river carries us we carry the river.

Defiant rocks and trecherous waves are no match to us,

The river carries us we carry the river.

Slippery, sliding, slashing, and scouring,

The river carries us we carry the river.

The river and us are one.

We flow, swim and chase without each other we would be none.
